This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Plain English, no fine-print games.
What we collect
- Account info. Name, business name, email, phone, and login credentials.
- Customer data. The leads and customer contacts you upload or that come in via integrations (Google, Meta, web forms).
- Usage data. How you use the product so we can fix bugs and improve.
- Payment info. Handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To run the service — send follow-ups, request reviews, sync calendars.
- To support you when you reach out.
- To improve product quality and prevent abuse.
- To send you product updates (you can opt out at any time).
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data. Ever.
- We don’t use customer messages to train third-party AI models.
- We don’t share your customer list with anyone outside Oski.
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We’ll permanently delete your data within 30 days of cancellation unless we’re required by law to keep records.
Sub-processors
We use a small, vetted list of service providers (hosting, SMS delivery, email delivery, payments). A current list is available on request to support@getoski.com.
